(USGovernment-News.Com, June 28, 2012 ) CINCINNATI, Ohio— Cincinnati personal injury lawyer Donald C. Moore was named President-Elect of the Ohio Association for Justice (OAJ) during the 2012 President’s Dinner on May 3, 2012. Moore also delivered a presentation entitled, “Practical P.I. 101: First Call to Trial Prep” as part of New Lawyers Training during the organization’s 2012 Ohio Association for Justice Convention in Columbus, Ohio.
The OAJ is the largest personal injury attorneys group in the state of Ohio, and is the only statewide association of attorneys whose missions are to preserve constitutional rights and protect access to the civil justice system for all Ohioans. The organization’s member lawyers practice in such specialty areas as employment and civil rights law, family law, general negligence, insurance law, medical negligence, products liability and workers' compensation.
Moore will be named President at next year’s annual convention, and his term will begin in May 2013.
“I feel extraordinarily honored to be appointed to serve in this capacity for the OAJ,” Moore said. “I plan to continue with the association’s tradition of advocating for the rights of the seriously injured while working to hold negligent companies or individuals accountable.”
