CAPPOLINO DODD KREBS LLP UNVEILS NEW TEMPLE OFFICE

Temple, TX -- On Thursday, April 19, a ribbon cutting ceremony will mark the official opening of a new office for law firm Cappolino Dodd Krebs LLP (CDK) at 3604 SW HK Dodgen, Loop Ste. 104 at 2:00pm. The ceremony also introduces newest firm member John Roark, who brings forty years of personal injury litigation experience to the firm.

CDK currently has offices in Houston, Cameron and Austin. Chamber of Commerce members are scheduled to attend the ceremony, along with firm members Richard Dodd, Tim Cappolino, Craig Brown, Valerie Farwell and newest paralegal Sharon Walters.

"Temple and East Bell County are growing rapidly," said Richard A. Dodd, managing partner of the firm. "There are few attorneys in Central Texas that offer our level of expertise in injury law, or the ability to help people who have been harmed by the negligence of others, especially in the complex areas of asbestos exposure, defective drugs and birth trauma. We are excited for the opportunity to share our knowledge and experience with the people of Central Texas, and the location near the intersection of U.S. 190 and Interstate 35 couldn’t be better."

Roark has spent most of his career practicing law in Temple. He has been involved in many high profile injury law cases, such as the I-35 church bus wreck in Waco a few years ago. He is board certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and in civil law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

Roark's daughter, Sharon Walters, is an experienced paralegal and will also lend her talents to the Temple office. Valerie Farwell, a longtime attorney at CDK, has already relocated to the Temple office.

CDK represents victims of asbestos-related illnesses, including mesothelioma and other asbestos-related cancers, as well as victims of birth trauma, defective medical products, truck wrecks, product liability, oil and gas royalties and wrongful death. They have received several awards and accolades, including a spot on the Texas Monthly’s list of Super Lawyers and a designation from Newsweek Magazine as one of the nation’s top personal injury law firms.

Temple and Belton area residents seeking legal assistance can call 778-HELP or visit www.778help.com and www.mesofirm.com.

For more information about the event or the firm, contact Richard A. Dodd by phone at (254) 778-HELP or by email at rick@doddfirm.com.
