CINCINNATI ATTORNEY DONALD C. MOORE NOMINATED PRESIDENT-ELECT OF OHIO ASSOCIATION FOR JUSTICE

(EMAILWIRE.COM, April 10, 2012 ) Cincinnati, OH -- Cincinnati personal injury attorney Donald C. Moore has been nominated to be President-Elect of the Ohio Association for Justice (OAJ). Mr. Moore has been a member of the OAJ Board of Trustees since 2006, having also served as Secretary, Treasurer and Vice President. A vote will be taken at the Annual Membership Meeting and Luncheon on Thursday, May 3, 2012, at the Hilton at Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio, as a part of the OAJ Annual Convention.

“It is a profound honor and I am extremely grateful to be nominated for this esteemed office,” Moore said. “I am proud to be part of OAJ and look forward to continuing to advocate for the rights of those people injured or killed by the negligence of others.”

The OAJ is the only statewide association of attorneys whose missions are to preserve constitutional rights and protect access to the civil justice system for all Ohioans through advocacy in the courthouse, statehouse and Bureau of Workers' Compensation. OAJ member attorneys practice in such specialty areas as workers' compensation, medical negligence, products liability, family law, insurance law, employment and civil rights law, and general negligence.

Mr. Moore founded The Moore Law Firm and has more than three decades of experience representing clients in various personal injury claims involving automobile accidents, product liability and injuries suffered on the job. In 2010, he received the OAJ Distinguished Service Award in addition to being named Distinguished Practitioner in Residence by the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 2010. Mr. Moore has received the highest possible Peer Review Rating in Legal Ability and Ethical Standards from the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review and also been named to the Top 50 Cincinnati Area Super Lawyers List.
