Illinois Law Firm Launches Foreclosure and Loan Modification Blog

(EMAILWIRE.COM, December 21, 2011 ) Libertyville, Illinois - The Illinois foreclosure defense law firm of Newland & Newland LLP has launched a blog named “The Foreclosure and Loan Modification Journal.” The purpose of the blog, according to trial attorney Gary A. Newland, is to promote the sharing of information so as to help homeowners and attorneys better navigate the home foreclosure and loan modification crisis.

The blog contains information on loan modification, as well as defenses to foreclosure. The firm is expecting the Foreclosure and Loan Modification Journal to be a go-to source for those in need of assistance with the Making Homes Affordable Program, loan modification in general, defenses to bank foreclosure and lawsuits against banks, as well as other important issues.

For several publications, Gary A. Newland, a Partner in Newland & Newland LLP, has been writing a foreclosure column which relates to many of the issues discussed on the blog. Writing the Foreclosure and Loan Modification column has led the Newlands to realize that there is a need for a blog centered on such issues. According to Mr. Newland, "The blog will help expose the fraud of the banking institutions in this country and protect families from foreclosure." He further indicated, "The flow of information to lawyers and those defending their own mortgage foreclosures can help families stand up to banks that are worth billions of dollars and are too big to fail.”

One of the major issues confronting mortgage foreclosure is the "Robo Signer.” The sharing of information by individuals and law firms will help expose the Robo Signers and other mortgage fraud, as well as the names of those appraisers that committed appraisal fraud. With the help of sources like the Foreclosure and Loan Modification Journal.com, information will get out that will empower folks against the banks.

If you become aware of bank fraud, make it public by using the Blog. Also, any tips you have for loan modification should also be added to the blog. For more information visit the blog at www.ForeclosureandLoanModificationJournal.com. You can also read about strategic foreclosure and loan striping by visiting Newlandlaw.com. Newland & Newland LLP has offices in Cook, Lake, McHenry and DuPage Counties.

Attorney Gary Newland is a member of the national attorney network on LawyerCentral.com.
