Thomas A. Borner graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Connecticut in 1976, and with a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1979. Thomas A. Borner has been a member of the Connecticut Bar since 1979, the U.S. Federal District Court of Connecticut since 1980, the Massachusetts Bar since June 1980, and the Federal District of Massachusetts since 1984.
Alyson R. Aleman graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Boston College in 1993, a Masters in Social Work Degree from Columbia University in 1996 and a Juris Doctorate Degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2001. Alyson R. Aleman has been a member of the Connecticut and New York Bars since 2001 and she is also a member of the U.S. Federal District Court of Connecticut and the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys. Prior to relocating back to Connecticut to practice law, Attorney Aleman practiced with a large trusts and estates firm in Manhattan. Attorney Aleman has utilized the knowledge she gained from this work experience to develop a strong elder law practice here in the northeast corner of Connecticut.
Jamie C. Davis graduated, with honors, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Rhode Island College in 1999 and a Juris Doctorate Degree, cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2006. Jamie C. Davis has been a member of the Connecticut Bar since 2006 and the U.S. Federal District Court of Connecticut since October 2008. Attorney Davis is also a member of Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association of Justice. Attorney Davis utilizes her extensive court experience to handle most of the firm's cases that head to trial. Attorney Davis also serves as a Special Master, assisting to mediate family cases for the Putnam Superior Court.
Daniel P. McGinn graduated with a Bachelors Degree from the University of Connecticut and a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2010. Daniel P. McGinn was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 2010. Attorney McGinn focuses his practice on real estate and personal injury law.
