Retired Colonel Could Face Charges For Exposing Obama's Fraudulent Selective Service Registration

(EMAILWIRE.COM, April 01, 2011 ) Colorado Springs, CO -- Retired Air Force Col. Gregory Hollister may face criminal charges For Exposing Obama's Fraudulent Selective Service Registration. Hollister has revealed that a private investigator, Susan Daniels, gave him what is alleged to be the presidentÂ’s actual Social Security number that he uses.

Colonel Hollister then accessed the Social Security Number Verification Service (SSNVS) to find out to whom it was issued. According to the Social Security's website, the SSNVS can only be used to, "verify SSNs and names solely to ensure the records of of current or former employees are correct."

Using the SSNVS for any other reason is considered to be illegal. The website says, "It is not proper to use SSNVS for non-wage reporting purposes, such as identity, credit checks, mortgage applications, etc."

Hollister is apparently of the opinion that President Obama works for the American people, and that being one of them, he has a right to use the SSNVS as the president's employer. Hollister said, "I was very meticulous and made sure everything I did was compliant with the law." In an attempt to be compliant with the law, he even went so far as to send the president an IRS 1099 tax form.

Hollister claims that according to the SSNVS, the number provided by the private investigator was never issued to President Obama.

The retired Air Force Colonel also appears to have a copy of Obama's Selective Service draft registration documents which show that a "Barack Hussein Obama" did use the Social Security number in question. It is a federal offense to provide false information to the selective service on a (draft) registration form.

Hollister maintains that President Obama did just that by using a false Social Security number when he registered with the Selective Service. As evidence, he points to the results of the SSNVS check that he did, as well as the social security number listed on the Selective Service draft registration documents. That number starts with "042," which would be issued to someone born in Connecticut, not Hawaii.

It is undetermined what charges, if any, will be brought against Hollister by the U.S. AttorneyÂ’s Office in Denver, but they could include fraud in relation to obtaining the president's Selective Service draft registration documents, and illegal access of the Social Security database. Hollister's Attorney could not be reached for comment.
