“Legal Cost Cutting” will discuss the application and notice processes, as well as collection efforts, while “Demystifying the Process of Mediation” will dissect the process and show how a better understanding and critical evaluation of internal procedures can bring cost savings. Managers or assistant managers directly employed by a nonmember community, but managed by a member management company, do not qualify for member rates.
