The street value of the drugs seized by California Highway Patrol officers is estimated at $11 million. Officers uncovered the thwarted drug trafficking scheme when they noticed suspicious activity after pulling the driver over for speeding. Drug sniffing canines detected the heroin, which was hidden in boxes marked as skin care products.
