(USGovernment-News.Com, December 10, 2016 ) West Palm Beach, FL -- Local 10 News reports that famed sports fisherman Mark "the Shark" Quartiano discovered a package containing one kilogram of cocaine bobbing in the waters two miles off the Miami coastline. Quartiano retrieved the object using a fishing net and contacted local coast guards in order to turn in the unexpected drug haul upon returning to shore.
