(USGovernment-News.Com, November 12, 2016 ) Nashville, TN -- The Tennessean reports that new restrictions on pedal taverns and other low-speed alcohol dispensing vehicles prevent them from operating during heavy traffic hours in Nashville. This includes during the hours of 7 am to 9:30 am and 4 pm to 6:30 pm. Previous to this, these vehicles were limited to operating in the tourism district of Nashville but allowed to operate during high traffic hours, leading to congestion. Safety concerns were also a factor in making the decision.
