(USGovernment-News.Com, June 29, 2016 ) Denver, Co -- On a normal day on Cherry Creek Trail, a drug deal or heroin usage is a regular sighting. Community members find this type of behavior unsightly and it makes the citizens uncomfortable. A recent shooting on Cherry Creek Trail has has people wondering what is really going on in this area. A community member Joanne Begg said " It makes me uncomfortable. I see a lot of people that look like they are homeless, buying drugs from each other, pretty much on a daily basis. I've never seen anyone arrested for it. I've never seen a cop out here." A representative from Drug and Alcohol Rehab Denver adds " If there are no police in the area, citizens and community members need to work together to call and encourage police activity in the Cherry Creek Trail area. If police become involved there will be less drug dealing and heroin usage activity on the trail. Also, more people will be off of the streets and referred to a drug or heroin rehab in Denver."
