(USGovernment-News.Com, June 29, 2016 ) Philadelphia, Pa -- Renee Winslow was sold the drug Fentanyl disguised as heroin by Harold Burton. There is surveillance from Renee Winslow's apartment showing Harold Bruton entering and exiting the premises delivering her order of heroin.Burton was arrested after Winslow was found dead in her apartment a day after the delivery. Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele says " Renee Winslow's death was not attributable to a violent crime. This death is attributable to someone poisoning her, poisoning her with this very deadly drug fentanyl. Drug dealers beware, you give a drug to someone and they die, you are one the hook for Drug Delivery Resulting in Death." A representative from Drug and Alcohol Rehab Philadelphia comments " Drug dealers are always going to sell as long as there is a demand for their product. If this product has more deadly effects than the original version of it, they need to be cautious of what they are selling. Keeping an eye on what is inside of their drugs would be beneficial if they want to stay out of incarceration. More users need to get help so they can stay out of the ground.If Winsolow's Family had knows about her behaviors or addictions this could have been avoided by being admitted to a drug rehab in Philadelphia."
