(USGovernment-News.Com, June 03, 2016 ) Kingwood Texas -- After spending time raising her three boys, Laura has decided to resume her career as a mortgage loan officer. Laura is a licensed and registered loan originator for the state of Texas. She is excited to use her origination experience in the Houston area to help others secure home loans.
Laura's previous experience has been in the banking and finance industry since graduating from Auburn University with a bachelor's degree in Marketing.
Early in her career, she worked for World Omni Finance as a supervisor in their lease termination department. Laura moved on to Compass bank as an account manager. Later, Laura was a mortgage loan originator in the Mobile, Alabama area before she and her family moved to Kingwood, Texas for her husband's job in the oil industry.
Laura took some time off in Texas raising her three boys, all who are teenagers now. That job has prepared Laura to tackle all that is expected in the ever changing mortgage industry, even when things may get a little crazy.
Laura will be working with Mike Durr (The Kingwood Mortgage Guy ) and Houston-based Nations Reliable Lending Mortgage in their Kingwood Texas branch. She has access to FHA loan products, VA loans, USDA Home loans, Conventional loans, Jumbo Loans and refinances.
Lauras passion is to help her clients, whether it is a first time home buyer, or someone looking to strategically use the equity in their home to pay off debt, lower their monthly payments or help pay college expenses.
Laura loves to walk with her customers in each stage of the process to make the process as smooth and seamless as possible.
In her spare time, Laura can be found volunteering throughout the Houston area. Cooking and serving food at the East Texas Dream center, packing food at the Houston Food Bank, serving at the Star of Hope and volunteering at HAAM are just a few of the places her and her family spend time.
Laura loves to work in her yard, gardening, and go kayaking or boating on Lake Houston with her family in the Spring and Summer.
Her boys also keep her busy, competing in Cross Country and Track at Kingwood Park High School.
Laura's oldest son will be off to college in the Fall, attending the University of Alabama, and a part of their Honor's College.
Laura is excited about her future in the mortgage industry and can not wait to start helping clients with their dream of home ownership. She prides herself on her integrity, knowledge, availability and love of serving others.
