That's 47 per thousand. Lincoln Park's current number of population is about 38,000.
The report ends with Lincoln Park positioned at #15 when rated only with violent crimes.

Many disbelieved the legitimacy of the survey, suggesting that one should have taken the information from the source itself, the FBI. Some commented the story as “misleading”.
However, Emmons Locksmith states that regardless of the source, "crime is happening in many parts of Lincoln Park." "We can reduce the number, we can be dropped from the high crime rates," shares the locksmith service in Lincoln Park. "What needs attention now is how we're going to protect ourselves and our properties from those who plan harm."
