(USGovernment-News.Com, April 22, 2015 ) Boise City, ID -- The accident happened on the westbound lanes of Interstate 84 around 6:42 in the evening. Idaho State Police reported that the male driver of a Ford Fusion did not slow down for upcoming traffic and, as a result, rear-ended the S.U.V. in front of him.
No injuries have been reported on the female driver of the S.U.V., but the driver that caused the collision was taken to a hospital in Meridian via ambulance.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has reported that over a fourth of all traffic accidents are rear-end collisions (28%), potentially causing multiple injuries to (or the death of) several people when it happens.
