Quarton Locksmith Supports Free Press Poll Results for Better Road Conditions

(USGovernment-News.Com, March 28, 2015 ) Bloomfield Hills, MI – Between the two choices: lower taxes or improved roads, Quarton Locksmith chooses the latter. The locksmith in Bloomfield Hills backs the cry for road repairs as pushed by the Democrats, as opposed to the tax cut by the Republicans.

Recently, Google Consumer Surveys conducted an online poll wherein Michiganders were asked how to spend the projected budget surplus. More than 50% of the votes went into fixing potholes and county roads. 33% declared their uncertainty about the options and only a meager 12% says to a $10-$15 property tax per home per annum.

The Detroit Free Press revealed the results here: http://www.freep.com/story/news/local/michigan/oakland/2015/03/03/oakland-county-brooks-patterson-fix-roads-tax-cut-new-poll-democrats-republicans/24342201/.

It is surprising that the state of Michigan's streets is more of a priority than the state of the residents' wallets. Oakland County Commissioner Dave Woodward, the man behind the road repair proposal, mentions that "fixing our crumbling roads is the No. 1 issue on voter's minds."

Quarton Locksmith believes that fixing the roads will generate more income for the city in the future. Improved transportation will make logistics more efficient, other than reducing the number of accidents which have resulted from potholes and rough country trails. Residents will have less need to repair their cars after driving through rubbles of streets. A better access to the countryside will also allow further developments in Bloomfield’s untouched areas.

“Fixing roads will help us gain more returns in the future. It doesn’t matter if we have to pay the usual amount of taxes because this investment will last a long time. It will have an effect on us in a day-to-day basis, and that’s something we should all think about,” shares the locksmith in Bloomfield Hills.

Meanwhile, on the other side is County Executive L. Brooks Patterson, whose tax-reduction plan was praised by Bloomfield Township's Shelley Taub. Patterson alludes to the rift as a “classic collision of Republicans versus Democrats.”
