7 Million Keurigs Recalled

(USGovernment-News.Com, January 29, 2015 ) Charleston, SC -- Keurig brand coffee makers have become the biggest must-have for coffee-drinkers of every home and office across America. With a touch of a button, a convenient and tasty cup of joe now takes literally seconds thanks to these nifty gadgets and their accompanying K-cups.

However, it has been found that certain models of Keurig’s Mini Plus Brewing System are potentially dangerous due to overheating. When the machine gets too hot, water may spew out and cause severe burn injuries to the user.

The company has gotten around ninety complaints so far, along with about two hundred reports of hot water leaks.

Because of all this, Mini Pluses that were sold from 2009 - 2014 have been issued a recall. If the identification number (located underneath the machine) begins with a 31, the owner should contact the manufacturer and ask for a complementary repair.

Victims located in the state of South Carolina that have been severely injured from these coffee makers or other products are encouraged to discuss the incident with North Charleston personal injury lawyer, Bill Green. Chat for free at http://www.bill-green.com/charleston/ or dial 888-795-1018.
