This year’s deposition college took place in New Orleans, Louisiana, from January 17, 2014 – January 20, 2014. The event included new and exciting topics like Using Neuroscience, Decision Making and Storytelling in Depositions and Critical Thinking: Anticipating the Defenses and Finding Landmines and Rebuttals.
The primary goal of the Advanced Depositions College is to provide an in-depth and cutting-edge approach to perfecting depositions and witness preparation skills. John P. Neblett of Camp Hill, PA stated “The workshops were the best. I liked how techniques taught in the workshops were immediately applicable.”
The faculty consists of some of the best teachers in the area of depositions National College of Advocacy has including Sach Oliver, Phillip Miller, Mark Kosieradzki, Mike Doyle, Rich Hailey, Robyn Wishart, Render Freeman, Elisse Sanguinetti, and Tom McGrath.
Sach Oliver has been on the Advanced Depositions College faculty for several years.
