(USGovernment-News.Com, October 25, 2013 ) FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A motorcycle and a pickup truck were involved in a collision in Fayetteville on Monday, October 7 which resulted in the death of the motorcyclist at the scene.
According to the police report, pickup truck driver Kum Sun Miller, 57, was turning onto Hope Mills Road near the intersection of Spruce Road when he collided with the motorcycle. The time was approximately 6:30 p.m. and Miller was driving a 1998 Dodge Ram truck.
Motorcyclist Diangello Marquies Smith, 22, was struck by the pickup and died on impact. Miller was charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle, police said.
