(USGovernment-News.Com, October 03, 2013 ) EAST HARTFORD, CT — A fatal motorcycle collision killed 56-year-old Pratt and Whitney employee Mark Lemanski, who lost control of his motorcycle and hit a parked car. Lemanski died at Middlesex Hospital from his injuries, though the driver and passenger in the vehicle he struck did not sustain any serious injuries.
Pratt and Whitney made a statement about Lemanski’s death, saying the company was, “saddened by the loss of our colleague, and our condolences go out to the family and friends of Mr. Lemanski.”
Route 9 and Harford Avenue remained closed while police investigated the scene, and any witnesses are asked to come forward.
