Beginning his career as a plaintiff’s lawyer he left private practice for six years and served as counsel on the South Carolina State Committee on Corrections and Penology. In 1998 he returned to the courtroom and has since tried 80 civil jury trials to verdict throughout South Carolina.
Mr. Jennings primarily focuses on personal injury, product liability, and premises liability cases nut is also knowledgeable in employment law. He is also a proud member of the Defense Research Institute, South Carolina Defense Trail Attorneys, American Bar Association, and has many more professional affiliations.
