(USGovernment-News.Com, September 10, 2013 ) PHOENIX, AZ - The 29-year-old man was riding his motorcycle around 7:45PM when his motorcycle collided with a minivan near Ray and Power Roads. The woman driving the minivan was not hurt, while the road was closed for several hours as police investigated the scene of the accident.
