(USGovernment-News.Com, July 26, 2013 ) Savannah, GA – It is estimated that emergency medical services and the fire department responded to 45,000 calls last year, unfortunately when it comes to emergency vehicles some drivers do not fully understand what they’re supposed to do when they see them approaching.
In 2013 eight EMS drivers were killed while on their way to a call, many of them caused by another driver’s negligence.
