USNA currently has 4,576 students enrolled. Out of this number, 80% are men and 20% are women. The student satisfaction rate is 96.8%, while the 4-year graduation rate is at 89%. The Naval Academy offers 22 majors in 3 divisions. Out of these majors, the top 5 are political science, economics, aerospace engineering, history, and oceanography. The Naval Academy was ranked as the best public liberal arts college in America by U.S. News and World Report.

Out of this number, 78% are male students and 22% are females. Like other high profile military academies, USAFA requires 5 years active duty and 3 years inactive duty after graduation. Their student satisfaction rate is 88.8%, while their 4-year graduation rate is at 76. The Air Force Academy offers 6 core academic majors. The top 5, however, are engineering, social sciences, business management/marketing, biomedical studies, and interdisciplinary studies.
