(USGovernment-News.Com, April 04, 2013 ) Los Angeles, CA -- JT Foxx, a renowned entrepreneur, recently had a lawsuit against him tossed out by Judge Murphy of the Los Angeles Superior Court. Foxx was being accused of sexual and other harassment in the lawsuit.
Judge Murphy, in granting the Foxx Defendants’ Demurrer, has decided to stream everything into a single complaint from the plaintiffs. The plaintiffs will now be awarded up to twenty days leave to amend their complaint, or be subject to a dismissal with prejudice. Murphy will take a close look at any amended complaint before going through with the next step.
Foxx, who has been an entrepreneur for over six ears, originally made a name for himself by closing over $40 million in real estate deals. He has since helped found several companies around the world while also becoming a top wealth coach. He wishes not to address many of the allegations currently against him until things are settled.
The plaintiffs in the case involve a father and daughter who are connected to Foxx from the past. According to the original complaint, the daughter is claiming harassment from Foxx.
