Doehrman Chamberlain Law Firm Supports Brain Injury Awareness Month with Bowling Fundraiser

(USGovernment-News.Com, April 03, 2013 ) Indianapolis, Indiana – The Indianapolis brain injury attorneys of Doehrman Chamberlain are pleased to announce their corporate sponsorship of the Brain Injury Association of America’s (BIAA) 2013 Bowling for Brain Injury. The event will take place in Indianapolis on Saturday, April 13, 2013.

This is the first year BIAA will host the fundraising event. Between March and June, the five pilot states of Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Nebraska and New York are aiming to raise $200,000 to advance brain injury research, treatment, prevention and awareness. Registered teams of six will participate in two-hour long events at local bowling alleys, such as Woodland Bowl in Indianapolis. If you are unable to attend the Saturday event in your area, you can also participate and raise funds as a virtual bowler. More information regarding Bowling for Brain Injury can be found on BIAA’s website: www.biaa.org

“Our law firm is deeply committed to raising awareness and funds for organizations concerned with helping those who suffer from traumatic brain injuries,” said founding partner Daniel S. Chamberlain. “Our firm knows firsthand about the struggles TBI victims and their families face every day. Not only do we believe it is important to help our own clients, but the entire brain injury community, which is why we wholly support this event and other public awareness campaigns.”

Not only is the firm involved in BIAA’s fundraising events, Mr. Chamberlain also serves as BIAA’s Chair-Elect, in addition to being an Executive Committee Member-at-Large on the Brain Injury Association of Indiana’s (BIAI) Board of Directors. Founding partner Thomas C. Doehrman is the past president of the BIAI and currently serves on the organization’s Emeritus Board.

Doehrman Chamberlain is a progressive law firm that fights for the rights of victims suffering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI). With over 75 years of combined experience, they have made themselves known throughout Indiana and the United States as being equipped to handle even the most complicated of personal injury and wrongful death cases.
