Divorce drama of Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries continues while getting legally nastier reports snodgrasslegal.com.au

(USGovernment-News.Com, August 22, 2012 ) San Francisco, CA -- The divorce process of reality star Kim Kardashian and NBA player Kris Humphries is taking more time than expected and will probably continue for at least four more months.

The lawyers of both sides appeared before the court on Wednesday and Humphries’ lawyer Marshall Waller said that the opposite side is not giving assistance to resolve the matter. He wants four more months for preparation because of the lack of assistance from the Kardashian camp.

He stated according to E!, “I don't want to use the word uncooperative, but they are not making the process easier.”

On the other hand, the lawyer of Kardashian Laura Wasser told the judge that they have been giving their full assistance to the opposite side. Wasser also told the judge that they spent more than $250,000 and have planned to transfer this amount to Humphries.

Laura also mentioned that Kardashian and Humphries signed a prenuptial agreement before their marriage which should be followed accordingly.

According to E!, Laura stated, “To say I am frustrated is an understatement. I'm at a loss to figure out what the holdup is. They had a prenup and were married 72 days. To what end does he want this annulment?”

To remind the readers, Kardashian and Humphries’ matrimonial life lasted for just 72 days as they married on August 20, 2012 and Kardashian filed for divorce on October 31.

The reason behind the separation was a few differences that Kardashian thought were irreconcilable.

However the story seems to be different as Humphries told TMZ that he suspects that Kardashian is cheating on him with her boyfriend Kanye West.

The NBA player also said that Kardashian’s main intention in marrying him was to get publicity and TV ratings.

Humphries’ lawyer wants to present 33 witnesses including Kanye and Kardashian’s mother, Kris Jenner for further proceedings.

However, Kris does not seem to provide a blind support to Kardashian in the divorce matter as she told Bethenny Frankel’s talk show that her daughter has not been right lately.
