(USGovernment-News.Com, June 09, 2012 ) CINCINNATI, Ohio — WXIX-TV, FOX 19 is inviting Moore Law viewers with questions about criminal law to call this Monday, June 11, 2012, when host and TV journalist Deb Haas and attorney co-host Don Moore welcome Cincinnati criminal defense lawyer Richard J. Goldberg. Rich is a past president of the Greater Cincinnati Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and has been practicing criminal defense in federal, state and local courts since 1975. Viewers will have the opportunity to ask both Rich and Don legal questions relating to DUIs, drug possession charges and traffic offenses, among many other topics during the “Crime and Punishment” episode of Moore Law on WXIX-TV, FOX 19, Monday at 9:30 a.m.
“Rich is one of the most respected criminal defense attorneys in the state of Ohio, and it will be a privilege to have him join us,” said Matt Miller, News Director for WXIX-TV, FOX 19. “We believe concentrating on this is an area of law will generate a diverse range of questions from our viewers.”
During the previous episode of Moore Law on June 4, 2012, Deb and Don were joined by Cincinnati Police Chief James Craig. During the “Meet the Police Chief” episode, viewers had a variety of questions about crime, traffic stops and fatal accidents.
“Chief Craig is a very interesting person. It was a real treat to have him on the show. There is lots more to talk about and we look forward to his return,” Don said. “Criminal defense is an area in which legal representation is critical, and having Rich help answer questions will be a big benefit to our viewers.”
Moore Law is a weekly program that airs live every Monday morning at 9:30 a.m. on WXIX-TV, FOX 19. The show addresses a different legal topic every episode and allows Moore and attorneys from across the tri-state area to answer questions from live callers.
