(EMAILWIRE.COM, August 19, 2011 ) Las Vagas, NV -- Parents and students can get a free backpack and school supplies at Nevada State Assemblyman Steven BrooksÂ’ District 19 Back to School Fair on Saturday, August 27 from 9 AM to 2 PM at Bob Price Community Center, 2050 Bonnie Lane in Las Vegas.
The community event is open to all families and will feature music, food and more, compliments of Brooks and the following community partners: Southern Nevada Health District, Clark County Parks and Recreation and the Nevada Parent Teacher Association.
Children must be present to receive a backpack and accompanied by an adult. The backpacks will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.
