(EMAILWIRE.COM, September 27, 2010 ) David Reinard and Jeff Greenman just formed that extraordinarily partnership that shines veracity. The newly established partnership is located and headquartered in Seal Beach, a fit location to serve clients from Los Angeles to San Diego and just about everywhere else in between. The location seems to make sense geographically, and even more so, because it enables both attorneys optimal position to surf when not pursuing justice for their clients.
When International Journalism Review (IJR) interviewed the tandem legal pair, our quest was to dig a little deeper into the reasoning behind the decision not to open up a huge law firm as their backgrounds certainly lay the foundation to give such a choice. After speaking to both professionals, IJR almost signed a retainer for their services and we didn't even know what for. The reason being, because this journalist could actually feel their passion for their trade and detect their command of their business was second to none.
To help illustrate we looked at several key components including professional history, ethics, education, results, and just some common business practices. IJR reports on various business and subject matter and found it refreshing to undercover such a history.
In business CEO's and money managers will always say, "numbers don't lie," and if that is the case, there is no need for a lie detector test as Greenman and Reinard have raked in over 100 million dollars in verdicts to date between the two of them. Well that might seem just above normal until one learns that Mr. Greenman is under 30 years old, and from what we could gather, holds the largest settlement record in the state of California for lawyers under 30.
Reinard has been a trial lawyer close to two decades, in fact Greenman was in elementary school when Mr. Reinard began law school. Aside from being a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, which membership qualifications afford only a small prestigious percentage of lawyers to be a part of, Reinard recently received an "AV Preeminent" rating which is the very highest one can receive from one of the most credible sources regarding information about legal communities in the world. Reinard's list of accomplishments seem never-ending, however, it is interesting to look at his new partner's background.
With generations of lawyers in the Greenman family, Jeff Greenman is not exactly a rookie in the playing field even though he told us he still gets carded on a regular basis. Jeff's grandfather earned a Harvard degree which propelled him to a professorship of law at the University of Florida. Jeff's father, John Greenman, attended The University of Florida and must have payed attention quite well in that he established the longest standing Plaintiff's law firm in the state of Nevada which still operates today (Greenman, Goldberg, Raby, & Martinez). John Greenman is also a retired lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force and still takes part in assisting with many legal matters that surround those around him today whether it's family oriented or HOA.
