(USGovernment-News.Com, March 23, 2017 ) Miami, FL -- The Sun-Sentinel reports the United Nations has moved to place strict regulations on the ingredients used to manufacture Fentanyl, the lethal prescription pain killer behind the steep increase in overdose deaths. Fentanyl attributed to more than 33,000 deaths in 2015. These new measures in an attempt to positively impact the opioid abuse epidemic.
