CRACKER BARREL SUED FOR BABY'S BURNS.

(EMAILWIRE.COM, November 18, 2009 ) Dallas, TX - A lawsuit has been filed alleging that a Cracker Barrel restaurant is liable for burns suffered by nine-month-old Gabriel Tate. The lawsuit alleges that a black family was a victim of consumer racial profiling and that after contacting the manager, a white waitress placed a scalding hot cup of coffee directly in front of the child who grabbed it and spilled it on himself. The child was rushed to the burn unit at Parkland Hospital for treatment. The Tate family is represented by Scott Perry of The Perry Law Firm in Dallas, Texas. WWW.PERRYLAWFIRM.NET.

No answer has been filed by Cracker Barrel. The case has been assigned to Judge D'Metria Benson in Dallas County Court.
