Missouri Attorney John Page Added To Million Dollar Advocates Forum Roster

(EMAILWIRE.COM, July 24, 2008 ) The Million Dollar Advocates Forum is one of the most prestigious groups of trial attorneys in the United States. The group's membership is limited to individuals who have demonstrated their ability to excel under the special circumstances that complex litigation cases bring. Specifically, membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum is limited to attorneys who have obtained million dollar verdicts and/or settlements for their clients.

John Page is a senior partner at Page || Cagle, a boutique Missouri personal injury law firm. The Forum recently accepted Page as a member, which includes fewer than 1% of all U.S. lawyers. The Million Dollar Advocates Forum was created in 1993 and now boasts a membership of 3,000 of the most elite attorneys in the United States. The membership list of the Forum reads like a Who's-Who of trial attorneys, many of whom have achieved numerous million and multi-million dollar results. Several members have even won billion dollar cases.

Lawyers who are offered a seat as a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum are primarily litigation attorneys who excel at their craft and whose practice areas include: major personal injury, products liability, malpractice, construction, environmental, employment, insurance and business litigation. Page is a revered, successful Missouri personal injury attorney who exclusively represents personal injury victims.

Page estimates 95% of his time is spent representing personal injury victims involved in tractor trailer truck accidents. Recently he has represented Missouri truck accident victims living in Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Oklahoma, Ohio, Alabama, and Florida. Though the majority of his truck accident cases involve trucking companies and truck drivers that live in the United States, Page sometimes files Federal truck accident lawsuits against truck companies and truck drivers that reside outside the United States. Although he devotes his personal attention and specialized knowledge to Missouri truck accident cases, his firm handles serious injury and death cases related to Missouri & Illinois accidents involving cars, motorcycles, ATVs, railroads, barges, and chemicals.

In addition to the exclusive membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, John Page holds an AV Peer Review Martindale-Hubbell Rating. The AV Rating is Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating and reflects legal ability that is "Very High to Preeminent." Martindale-Hubbell describes its AV Peer Review Rating as "a significant rating accomplishment - a testament to the fact that a lawyer's peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence." (Martindale.com)

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings verify an attorney's legal ability and professionalism. Significantly, the Rating is given after a review of confidential opinions of lawyers and judges. Martindale-Hubbell has been providing its Law Directory for more than 100 years as a source for authoritative information on the legal profession. Their ratings are heavily relied on by attorneys around the United States.

Attorneys often need to associate or retain local counsel all over the country and Martindale-Hubbell's Peer Review Rating is one of, if not the most relied on criteria for lawyers. Martindale-Hubbell's Ratings are significantly relied upon because the Rating is given by an attorney's "peers." Attorney John Page was awarded Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating. This rating provides lawyers and personal injury victims the confidence they need when searching for a Missouri personal injury attorney. An AV Rating verifies superior ethics, as well as a significant level of professional experience.

John Page graduated from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, MO. Shortly thereafter, Page continued his pursuit of excellence and attended the The National Institute for Trial Advocacy Trial College in San Diego, CA. Upon completion, Page began his personal injury career at Anderson & Associates, one of St. Louis' preeminent personal injury firms. After spending time at Anderson & Associates and learning from his good friend and mentor, John Anderson, Page, along with his best friend, Zane Cagle, created what has become one of the most dynamic and energetic Downtown St. Louis law firms.

Page has developed www.truckaccidentlawgroup.com and www.injuredclient.com to provide the general public with personal injury information. In addition to all of this, he is a member of The Association of Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America, Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, and American Association for Justice.
